Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she turned 16 and she quit the sport of gymnastics. At the age of 17 she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. She won her Professional Card within a year and was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel took a six-year break from the stage after earning her professional license to continue the education. When she completed her college degree Ariel came back in the year 2015. She continued where she was in prior contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut, setting herself higher goals every year. She won another four fitness titles by the end of the year. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card so that she could earn her degree from college. After earning her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel made a successful comeback at her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. At the show, she finished third. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for the Fitness Olympia. A few months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by the result. She was up against the very best. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel's top body part to work out is her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, as well as seated rows. It is common to warm up before an actual workout. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. Her back exercise routine comprises three or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
