April Bowlby

April Bowlby, an American model and actress from the United States. She is known for portraying Kandi on the CBS comedy series Two and a Half Men Stacy Barrett on Drop Dead Diva as well as Rita Farr on Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby (born April Michelle Bowlby) is an American Actor best known for portraying Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva and Kandi the TV sitcom Two and a Half Men. She started her career with modeling and moved on to films and TV series. After appearing as an additional character in the show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and single-episode roles in several other shows, her first appearance on television was in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. She soon bagged the breakthrough character as Kandi on Two and a Half Men. Bowlby gained international recognition with the Stacy Barrett role in Drop Dead Diva. She played Rita Farr/Elastigirl. She was a frequent character on the American show Titans. Her character will appear in a upcoming spinoff of Doom Patrol. Bowlby appeared in TV films like Sands of Oblivion or The Wrong Daughter. Following her appearance on screen in The Slammin Salmon (which was her debut feature) as well as From Prada, to Nada she made her debut on the big screen in All Roads Lead Home. She went to East Union High School. Before deciding to pursue acting as a profession and directing, she took classes in French and ballet in Moorpark College. She trained with Ivana Chaubbuck and landed an appearance on a TV program (Kandi, Two and a Half Men) several months following the Hollywood audition. Bowlby is famous for her appearances in various TV shows, including CSI (as Kaitlin in 2004), CSI: NY (as Jenny Lee in 2006), Freddie: Sydney in 2005, The Stacked Show: Jasmine as of 2007 and How I Met Your Mother: Meg in 2007. Bowlby recently took the role as Natasha in the role of a 12-year-old girl in All Roads Lead Home. This 2007 film is about a young girl who lost her mother following an automobile accident. Bowlby plays Mia on the film The Slammin Salmon. She resides with her family in Los Angeles. She is a redhead, with blue eyes. She's not married and has no children.
